This stub is for the date of birth of the person.

If the exact date in the Gregorian (present-day) calendar is known, enter it in the (:birthdax :) function in the form Fullmonthname day, Yearinalldigits. Example: (:birthdax January 9, 1902 :).

Do not use birthdax when the full Gregorian date is not known.

The following abbreviations can be used in constructing a date without birthdax when birthdax cannot be used:

ABT

AND

The function (:adate :) may be used with the above when exact dates can be used with them. adate has the same requirements as birthdax and is used the same way: (:adate January 9, 1902 :).
